I'd go with a Poncho/Sombrero combo over that, aiming for the Vince Noir look. He looks a bit camp, but he's awesome! Noel Fielding if you want to call him by his off-The Mighty Boosh name though.

I've not listened to MCR since January (been occupied with other bands)! I only wear jeans and band Tees (If it makes you feel better I have a Motorhead and 2 Ramones ones)! Pentangles are awesome, my ring is awesome! I already have trainers! I'm wearing a smile because I feel really happy and bouncy lately(woohoo, I moodswitch fast!)!

I think you should be more concerned about me joining the Furry community, to be honest. That's right, I'm a furry. I've joined the darker side!
